SILENT CDs: Change made simple!

All lasting and permanent change occurs in the subconscious mind which holds our belief system. For instance, should we wish to stop smoking, we need to replace the current belief in our subconscious mind that we really need that cigarette. Subliminal CDs are a way to do this without having to direct your attention and time to listening to a Hypnosis CD. With a subliminal, your conscious mind hears only easy listening music that you can play anytime and anywhere, while your subconscious mind hears the positive and beneficial suggestions for your goal (i.e. quitting smoking) buried just below the conscious level of hearing. Subliminals are a powerful way to reinforce a hypnotic message because they easily reinforce the positive over and over until your subconscious mind simply says “OK! I get it…you don’t want to smoke anymore” thereby stopping your desire for that next smoke.

I have created the silent CD to do the same thing as my other subliminal CDs but

WITHOUT THE MUSIC!!!!!

This is totally bypassing the conscious mind…no music for your conscious mind to like or dislike, and absolutely no conscious awareness that you are even working on your goal!

What could be easier than popping a silent CD into your player before you go to bed…setting it to repeat…and then forgetting about it until you turn it off in the morning? Or perhaps playing it on repeat in your car or at the office…anywhere…anytime!
Your conscious mind continues to do what it must while you silently achieve your goals by reprogramming your subconscious mind. Remember too that playing a silent weight loss all night long because you wish to lose weight doesn’t mean your partner will also lose weight, IF weight loss is not an issue to them. Their subconscious mind will simply use what suggestions apply and ignore the rest.

The silent CD just makes change even easier. How do you know the CD isn’t blank? Your player will pick up the track and show it as one and will play it…just set it to repeat and forget about it.
